Established Scaled Agile Large Business Solutions teams cadence. This included providing experienced Solution Train Engineer & Solution Management to work with Enterprise Architects to build the architectural runway and system capabilities needed. Established and drove the Solution Level Roadmap, Capability Backlog, Kanban flow, & economic decision making. The Solution team worked with 16+ release trains to specify and deliver capabilities and break them down into features and stories. Established and implemented Jira approach that included traceablity, kanbans, burn down views, and dashboards that effectively and clearly connected 6000+ Jira issues to deliver the solution and ensure real-time visibility at all levels.
