Challenge 

Our healthcare system under-emphasizes the pharmacists role in driving patient adherence and outcomes. This presented our client with an opportunity to develop a market leading product to help improve treatment results and reduce cost of care.

Solution

We partnered with a PBM client to build and scale products that drove accountability into the pharmacy by establishing compensation, penalties, network inclusion, and ratings based on member adherence and outcomes measures. By integrating multiple sources of data and establishing integration across healthcare parties, we were able to build a product with robust predictive analytics and reporting capabilities necessary to drive pharmacy behaviors.

Result 

These products resulted in significant improvement in member outcomes, improved client star ratings/payments, and substantial cost of care savings. Our business architecture and product management expertise drove focus and enabled an iterative rollout across customer segments with a sound delivery and go-to-market roadmap.
